The Past Never Dies

Not many people know that I recall bits and parts about lives I lived before this one, as Jaclyn. Past lives as many know them as. From war, to castles, to intricate designed clothes, to hearing nostalgic voices, it all comes back to me in my dreams, flashbacks during the day, or this intense feeling of deja-vu that it rocks my core. Yes, I believe in reincarnation, and I know my soul is not my own. It is a decently old soul that has seen its share of horror and happiness.
Lately, I have been having minor flashbacks about lives I once lived. During a car ride to Keene, NH with Lauren, we talked about our past lives and who we could have been. Instances that occurred in our childhoods gave us clues, but no resolutions. For example, one flashback I keep having is seeing white flashes and hearing metal upon metal slamming while a frantic voice is exclaiming, "Why are you doing this?! STOP IT!" Then it ends there. So strange, yet it does not frighten me whatsoever.
Thursday, Anime Boston weekend commences, and I am so nervous, yet excited. I get to see someone I confessed something to face-to-face....awkward, yet I do not know how I am going to feel in the end. I am going to try my best to keep all my spirits under control this year, especially in such a public setting as an anime convention. I will probably post later...just feeling nostalgic.
P.S.-Lauren believes I could have been some kind of Angel (yes, as in Evangelion Angel) in a past life....which one, that I am not sure about.

Worry not. It's going to be awkward, but at least he didn't kill you eh? :) -hugs tight- Don't worry.

I will try not to worry...it is that hollow, stinging feeling inside that I worry about the most.

As they say my dear, come what may. What is past is past, and although it may hurt, think of it as growing stronger.
